Crisis Communications
More than ever before, businesses must be prepared for the
unexpected. Crises don't run on schedule. When one occurs
you must be ready to address stakeholders through the media
quickly and confidently.
JFCI's Crisis Communications training will show you how.
In our Crisis Communications workshop we deal with emergencies
specific to your industry. We'll consult with you in advance
to design a crisis scenario, which will be simulated during
the training. As the crisis unfolds, we'll teach you how to
control the information flow. We cover the press conference
-- when and how to give it. We show you how to say enough
without saying too much. Participants are then put through
every type of interview situation they're likely to face in
a major upset: The quick response satellite feed; local radio
and print interviews; the national TV interview; and more.

JFCI's trainers will provide you with question and answer
techniques that work. You'll learn from real experience. We'll
analyze successful communication strategies and demonstrate
mistakes that can intensify a crisis.
As in our Media Counsel program, participants go through
several tough, probing interviews during the training. The
day is designed to show you how to bring out your very best
under the most trying of circumstances.
